2007-01-16 - Tuesday - why all the changes?
here's entry #1, how 'bouts? to answer the question: well mostly because it's been a horribly long time since I've made any changes to the public part of this site. ;-) over the past few years this site has become more of a support function for my friends and students and the public area has become neglected. it'll be nice to have things simplified.
when will the new site be up? not entirely sure. very likely sometime next summer, though I'd like it to be done sooner.
